Smoky River Adult Learning & Literacy - based out of the Municipal District of Smoky River office in Falher - officially welcomed Rachel Dubrule as the new literacy coordinator in November 2012. Dubrule, who replaces former literacy coordinator Joyce Doran, is looking forward to working with the community.
