Smoky River Adult Learning & Literacy - based out of the Municipal District of Smoky River office in Falher - officially welcomed Rachel Dubrule as the new literacy coordinator in November 2012. Dubrule, who replaces former literacy coordinator Joyce Doran, is looking forward to working with the community. Also in the photo is Marilyne Despins, executive director for Smoky River Adult Learning & Literacy.
