Getting 'er done

Nick Laporte of the Falher Pirates led the charge in game three of their best-of-seven North Peace Hockey League East Division semifinal playoff series against the Grimshaw Huskies Feb. 14 in Falher. Laporte notched two goals and added four assists in the game as the Pirates cruised to a 9-3 victory in front of their hometown fans. The win was the first of the series for the Pirates, which dropped the first two games.
