Mud, mud and more mud! They're getting down and dirty at the ag fair!


The Smoky River Agriculture Society held a big ag fair at their grounds by Donnelly during the weekend of Aug. 2-3, and one of the big draws was the mud bogs. In the photo above, Rick Horseman flies through the 200-foot trench in a time of 6.84 seconds in the 600 Modified Class, during the first day of the event. A story and more photos about the ag fair can be found on Pages 8-9 of this week's Smoky River Express. With recent heat wave, will crop producers make crop insurance claims?
