Get ready to have the time of your life at the end of this month with the Jean Cote LAHF Troupe.
The group is putting on their third annual Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre for three dates at the end of February and beginning of March. This year’s play title is “God’s Behaving Badly.”
The actors include: Carol Boucher (director), Brenda Moore, Sandy Nolette, Gerald Nolette, Richard D’auteil, Alain Johnson, Shayleen Johnson, Lynn Florence, Hilda Grenier, Paul Benoit, Christine Pettyjohn, Leah Lynn Pettyjohn, Erika Florence, Melissa Mierau, George Tailleur and Jacquie Bouchard. Marie Turcotte will also be helping with the sound.
The play will be held on Feb. 26 as a pub night, with doors opening at 7 p.m. and the play starting at 7:30 p.m.
Feb. 27 will be the dinner theatre night, with doors opening at 5:30 p.m., and the play beginning at 6:30 p.m.
An additional night has been added on March 5 because all tickets for the Feb. 27 show have already been sold.
“Tickets will be available through me on a first come, first serve basis,” says Carol Boucher.
“There will also be prearranged seating for the dinner theatre on Feb. 27 and March 5, however; the pub night will not be prearranged.”
Their theme this year is, “Great Gods... It’s a Murder.”
If you would like more information or would like to purchase tickets, please phone Carol at 780-837-4348.
The LAHF Troupe is also looking for volunteers and donations, if you are interested please phone Lynn at 780-323-4420 or Brenda at 780-323-2392.
All profits from the dinner theatres go back into maintaining and upgrading the Jean Cote Community Centre.
