Roger Louie Guenette passed away at his home in Edmonton on Friday, May 13, 2011.

Roger spent most of his life farming in the Peace River country.

He loved the land and had a great appreciation for its picturesque beauty.

Roger also enjoyed history and photography.

He will be remembered as a quiet observer and a proud individual who loved his family.

Roger was predeceased by his parents, Bruno and Lucienne, and his brother, Marcel.

Roger will be greatly missed by his two daughters, Jo-Anne (Steve) Beggs, and Vivianne (Neil) Jefferis, his four grandchildren; Amanda, Ashley, Henri, Morgan, and siblings; Yvonne, Michel, Pauline, Colette, Laurette, Thérèse, Marie-Rose and René.

A gravesite service will be held in Jean Côté on September 10, 2011 at 2 p.m.

A gathering will follow at the school gymnasium.
