Roxane Laflamme, resident of Falher, Alberta passed away at Sacred Heart Community Health Care Centre in McLennan recently at the age of 83 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Roxane was predeceased by her husband, Donat, two sisters, Noella Marcil and Yvette Laflamme, and one brother, Maurice Martineau.

She is survived by three sons, Raymond (Juliette), Jacques (Yvette), Roger (Irene), daughter Evelyne (Gilbert), 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, as well as three brothers, Leo-Paul, Henri and Andre Martineau, and one sister, Alberta Desfossés.

Roxane worked hard but still found time to enjoy life, playing cards and bingo and taking the occasional trip.

Funeral services for the late Roxane Laflamme were held on March 30, 2011 at Ste. Anne Parish in Falher, AB with Father Charles Lavoie officiating.
