Edmond Beaulac, 1925-2008
Edmond Beaulac passed away peacefully at the Kelowna General Hospital on July 22, 2008 at the age of 82.
He was born on October 1, 1925. Edmond was the oldest son of Joe and Leona Beaulac and was born in Fannstelle, Manitoba, moving to the Peace River country in 1929 with his parents.
His working career included sawyer, farmer and rancher, he loved working at the sawmill. Edmond retired in 1980 due to health reasons.
He was predeceased by a baby son Kenneth, his parents, three brothers; Joe, Rolland and Fern, two sisters; Denise and Rita and three nephews. Edmond is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, three sons; Joe, Willy and Mike, five daughters; Lynda, Judy, Delores, Catherine and Louise. Daughter in-laws; Debbie and Shannon, four sister in-laws, three brother in-laws, Son in-laws; Kelly, Paul, Keith and Gordon, twelve grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, nieces and nephews to numerous to mention by name.
There will be no funeral or services by request of Ed.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation or Kelowna Hospice. Cremation to follow and interment will take place at a later date in Alberta.
He will be sadly missed by his loving family.
