Regine Cloutier, 1922-2008

Régine Cloutier resident of Donnelly passed away on August 19, 2008 at the age of 86. Régine was born on January 23, 1922 in Donnelly. She was predeceased by her husband Lévis Cloutier, her parents Joseph and Yvonne Fillion, her brother Père Elphege Fillion and her sister Aline Bouchard. Régine is survived by her four children; Evelyne (John) Thomson (Cochrane), Cécile Cloutier (John Kingston, St. Albert), Henri (Rachel) Cloutier (Donnelly), and Madeleine (Jacques) St. Arnaud (Calgary). She will also be remembered by 11 grandchildren and seven great-granddaughters. Funeral services for the late Régine Cloutier were held on August 23, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. from the Paroisse du Sacré-Coeur with Reverend David Ngondo officiating. Music was provided by organist Rolande Johnson and soloist Ernest Johnson. Pallbearers were Marc St. Arnaud, Marc Cloutier, Mathieu Cloutier, Stéphane St. Arnaud, Luc Cloutier and Quinn Thomson. Honourary pallbearers were her seven great-granddaughters: Larissa Crawford, Maya Crawford, Reyna Crawford, Zoe Lemay, Gabrielle Blahun, Isabella Thomson, and Ella St. Arnaud. Crossbearer was Danielle Lemay and honourary crossbearer was Joel Thomson. Interment followed at the Donnelly Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Chapel of Memories in Peace River.
