Denis Fortier, 1949 - 2007

Denis Fortier, late of Sangudo, Alberta, and formerly of Guy, passed away December 5, 2007 in Edmonton, Alberta at 58 years of age. Went to school in Donnelly and Guy before moving away Denis was born August 11, 1949 in McLennan and was school in Donnelly and Guy before moving away. Denis is predeceased by his parents Josephat and Rose Fortier, brother Lucien Fortier, sisters Rita Collin and Germaine McKinnon. His survived by his brothers Andy Fortier of Boyle, Raymond Fortier of Prince George, British Columbia, Sylva Fortier of Edmonton, Victor Fortier of Edmonton, sisters Lucille Gosselin of Guy, Blanche Osborne of Kelowna, B.C., Noella Lundblad of Valleyview, and many nieces and nephews. Denis will be missed by all who knew him for his kindness and love of family and friends. Ashes interred at Guy Cemetery this summer At his request, his ashes will be interred in Guy Cemetery this summer.
