Rene Lorrain, 1945 - 2007

Rene Lorrain, former longtime resident of Peace River, passed away Sept. 24, 2007 in Peace River at 62 years of age. Funeral services were held in Girouxville at Notre Dames des Lourdes Catholic Church on Oct. 1. Interment followed at Notre Dames des Lourdes Cemetery in Girouxville. Donations accepted In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted in Rene’s name for DCA Research at YL Country / KIX-FM Radio in Peace River. The family thanks everyone who helped in any way, for the donations, and for the kind thoughts and prayers. Cremation services were arranged by Sturgeon Memorial of Bon Accord and funeral arrangements were made by Rene and Juliette’s families.
