Yvette Martineau, 1932 - 2007

Yvette Corrine Martineau, late of Falher, Alberta, passed away November 15, 2007 in McLennan at 75 years of age. Yvette was born in Jean Cote in 1932 and lived here all her life Yvette was born May 2, 1932 in Jean Cote. Yvette is predeceased by her parents – father Eliphe and mother Corine Girard, four sisters, Gisele, Marie, Laurette, and Agathe; three brothers Rene, Ludger, and Germain. She is survived by her husband Henri Martineau; two sons Norman (Rosanne) Martineau of Jean Cote and Vic (Kim) Martineau of Prince George, British Columbia; sisters Eveliine Aubin of Falher, Marie Paule St. Laurent of Jean Cote, Madeleine Poirier of Grande Prairie, and Jacqueline McCormick of Red Water; one brother Paul Henri of Edmonton. Memorial services for the late Yvette Martineau were held Nov. 18 in Falher at Ste. Anne Roman Catholic Church with Reverend Boniface N’Kulu Lupitski OSB officiating. Ginette Aubin was organist and soloist. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation as expressions of sympathy Arrangements were under the direction of Chapel of Memories in Peace River.
