Raymond Yvon Therrien, 1961-2008

Raymond Yvon Therrien, resident of Falher, passed away on July 21, 2008 in McLennan at the age of 47. Raymond was born on April 15, 1961 at McLennan hospital. Raymond is survived by his long time companion of 27 years Rita, and his two children; son Danny (Valerie Cote) and daughter Chris. He also survived by his mother Pauline Therrien, brother David, sisters Doreen (Norman Verreault), Joanne (Roger Gosselin), and Linda (Grant Wald), and numerous nieces and nephews. Raymond leaves also extended family Marguerite and Marcel Houle, Sylvianne Houle (David Frey), Rene Houle (Marianne Harrop) and also four nieces and nephews. Raymond was predeceased by his dad Miriel Therrien. Funeral services for the late Raymond Therrien were held July 26, 2008 at Ste. Anne Roman Catholic Church in Falher with Deacon Reginald Bouchard officiating. Music ministry was Ernest and Rolande Johnson. Soloist was Francine Sliger. Pallbearers were Jamey Rey, Philippe Gosselin, Mark Lamothe, Leo Dumont, Michael Verreault, and Luc Desaulniers. Honorary Pallbearers were Dale Brulotte, Norman Rey, Denis Langelier, Dale Mencke, Rene Babineau. Crossbearers were Jennifer and Kelly Simard. Internment followed at Ste. Anne Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Chapel of Memories in Peace River.
